About the Mt. Agamenticus to the Sea Coalition
The Mt. Agamenticus to the Sea Conservation Initiative is a coalition of ten conservation organizations that have come together to protect a full range of community and ecological values in this six-town area of southern Maine. Partners include:

• Kittery Land Trust
• Maine Coast Heritage Trust
• Maine Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife
• The Nature Conservancy – Maine Field Office
• Trust for Public Land
• US Fish and Wildlife Service/Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge
• Wells National Estuarine Research Reserve
• York Land Trust
• York Rivers Association

The breadth and strength of this coalition sets it apart from many other land conservation projects in Maine and elsewhere. Partner organizations range from national non-profits to governmental organizations to medium-sized and tiny local land trusts. With the help of our partners, Mt. Agamenticus to the Sea is working on a regional level to tackle broad community-based conservation issues.
